Premium Wash Brushes

There are many functional brushes out there, but is that enough if they are functional? We wanted to create a product that was both pretty and easy to use, without compromising on either.

ROSY LILY's Shoe Shampoo cleans the outside of shoes. We thought that if the brush is for washing the outside of shoes, it would be best if it is compact and fits in the palm of your hand, and if it is streamlined like an egg, it would be cute, easy to hold, and easy to use.

Cleaning power varies with the density, type, and length of the bristles. It is very difficult to find the right balance because too hard hairs can damage shoes even though they have high cleaning power.

The last thing I was worried about was the material of the handle. We were very worried about whether to use wood or plastic. Wood was initially a very promising material because it has a nice texture, looks very pretty, and does not require molds to be made.

However, if made of wood, the root part will inevitably corrode and turn black. Over time, it can become deformed and lose its hair. In other words, there was a problem with durability.

In this respect, plastic, although not as good as wood in terms of texture, was an appropriate material for a shoe-washing brush because of its great durability.

We use plastic for the handles because we felt that we could not offer our products if they would rot and break easily, even if they are very cute.

It took a lot of trial and error, but we feel that we have succeeded in creating a satisfying product that is full of various particulars, such as the material of the handle, the size that fits perfectly, the type of bristles, the length of the bristles, etc., and the density of the bristles.

The pig bristles are planted very densely and have excellent cleaning power, but the round and cute design makes you want to use it over and over again.
